Happy 4th of July!

Today is the 4th of July, and in the home country where Rippln was founded,
 this is cause for GREAT celebration! The story of Sacrifice for Freedom of the USA & the celebration of Independence Day is best summed up in the story of the birth of the country’s National Anthem: On July 4, 1776, 56 men signed the Declaration of Independence and our great nation was born. By penning their names to this document, they knew that their lives and their family's lives would be taken. Flash forward nearly 40 years to the War of 1812. Aboard the British warship as the British were bombing Fort. McHenry, when asked by a British General why these "Americans" would be so willing to fight and die for this concept they called "freedom," Frances Scott Key replied, "They would rather die on their feet than live on their knees." He then wrote "The Star Spangled Banner." 
No matter where you are in the world, today’s message can apply to you.

 You see, freedom is at the very heart 
 of everything we do. One might even
 say that FREEDOM is the core value driving the Rippln movement. We believe freedom is constantly 
evolving. That as a world and as a society...it’s our job to continue to
increase the freedom we experience 
in life. 

This can come in a variety of forms: 
 1. Freedom to earn our livelihoods 
how we WANT instead of working 
somewhere that doesn’t fulfill 
us just to get a paycheck. 2. Freedom to have the time to do what’s truly important to us in life, 
like spending time with our family or
 exploring new parts of the world. 3. Freedom to express ourselves 
and have the chance to ENJOY our lives with the little time we have
 while we’re on this planet.

 All of these things are more important 
to us than most care to admit, and so often, we sacrifice freedom of time, 
money, and life... until “Tomorrow.”

 We rationalize there’s always another
 day in the future somewhere that we’ll be able to live how we want to or fulfill 
one of our life long goals.

 At Rippln we believe that the time is NOW.
 We believe that freedom is meant to 
be lived NOW. We believe you are 
meant to be fully free NOW. 

You see, we celebrate this day in America because this is the day we
 gained our independence as a country.

 But no longer are we fighting for our 
independence as a country...now the quest for freedom has evolved. We think this applies to EVERYONE in the world, no matter where you’re 
reading this.

 Now, the freedom we are fighting for
 exists inside our very own lives. It’s the freedom to BE how we want to be
 in the world.

 To do what we want to do in the world.
 To have what we want to have in the world.

 And to contribute what we want to contribute 
in the world.
 We believe at Rippln that we’re at the dawn
 of a whole new era of freedom.

This is the age of the entrepreneur. An 
age where ANYTHING is possible. An age where the world is 100% globally 
connected through social media & mobile
 phones. An age where we can all truly create something for our lives that has 
 not been possible before.

 And just 48 hours ago...to ring in this
 new age of possibility...Rippln crossed the 1,000,000 member mark on our platform. 

Rippln is fastest of any web company we know of, to reach 1 million members. If that doesn’t get you excited about everything 
Rippln represents... you should probably pinch 
yourself. You might be sleeping. 
But if it DOES get you excited...
 …if you DO share our values for freedom, 
for innovation, for contribution, and for FUN...

 …then now is cause to celebrate more than EVER. Celebrate the freedom you
 have in your life today, no matter what 
form that freedom is.

 And we invite you to set the intention for what the next year of your life may 
look like by being part of the Rippln
 community.

 What freedom would you like to be experiencing just 12 months from now 
as a result of your FULL participation
 as a Rippln player?

 You see, everything we do is guided by our core value of seeing freedom 
flourish even MORE in the world.

 We live in an age where humans have
 likely NEVER had as many possibilities as we do at our fingertips. 
Now is not the time to stop...now is the time to KEEP GOING. Let’s keep exploring just how much more freedom we can create.
